LICENSING FEES Our licensing program allows you the exclusive right to develop and operate a Wooly Bullys Rock-N-Diner for a specific period of time and within a certain geographic region. Our licensing program is ideal for new location developments and existing locations. An individual site fee is paid prior to development of each Rock-N-Diner. Fees are paid within a pre-agreed time frame. Annual fees are paid by a % of gross receipts of all food, beverages and merchandise sales and are paid monthly in arrears. A memorabilia lease payment is paid monthly and is based on the appraised value of the memorabilia. Woolyman Productions Inc. will not develop other Rock-N-Diners within your territory as long as your License agreement remains valid.
